Z20

The Z20 combines the impressive performance of the Z10 with a low-voltage DC calibrator.

The output voltage can be selected over a ±11 V range with 100 nv accuracy.

The Z20 Voltage Reference reduces voltage calibration uncertainty to a new low level. The 10 V output uncertainty is typically ten times better than conventional Voltage references. This allows a solid 10:1 TUR for any current production test equipment. In a typical laboratory environment, the day-to-day uncertainty of the 10V output is below 2ppb. Yearly drift is below 1ppm with very good drift prediction performance. The Temperature, Humidity and Altitude sensitivity have been reduced to a very low level.

The Z20 has an optional Calibrator to provide +-11 V DC with 10 nV resolution. The Noise and Stability of the calibrator are linear within 5ppb of the 10v output. The calibrator output settles faster than 0.1 sec to support a new level of ATE calibration speed and accuracy.
